welcome pastor steve and lori

In October of 2022, Pastor Steve Myall accepted the position of Lead Pastor

of Solid Rock Christian Church. Steve stepped in as relief pastor for Bob Zerfing during the summer months while Bob and his wife Elaine were on sabbatical. When they returned, Bob decided to retire as pastor and by then, Steve and his wife Lori had become a beloved part of the Solid Rock family.  So, in God's perfect timing, Steve accepted the position of Lead Pastor of Solid Rock Church.

Steve and Lori live in Longview, Washington, where Steve most recently served as Lead Pastor of a parent affiliated church plant, BreakPoint Assembly. He led a team of 35 people from Columbia Heights Assembly to establish a church in the Highlands area of Longview.  He is also a gifted musician and has become an important part of our Worship Ministry team.  Lori will be a tremendous asset to Solid Rock as she shares her longtime experience in Christian children's education and will be heading up our children's and youth programs.
